Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks a senior Full Stack Engineer to drive architecture and deliver scalable banking solutions in Asia Pacific. You will mentor engineers, design cloud-native systems, and contribute across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-scale platforms while ensuring quality, observability, and maintainability across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full stack experience with modern web techs like React/Next.js and Java/Spring Boot.
• Cloud architecture experience on Azure or AWS/GCP, with microservices and cloud-native patterns.
• Mobile development experience with React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android.
• Strong test automation across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
• CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and observability basics.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL, caching, and event streaming.
• RESTful API design with GraphQL and API gateway patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud-native architectures for multiple future scenarios.
