Job summary

The Japan Research Institute (JRI) Limited, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Group, seeks an IT professional to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects and support End User Computing, server platforms, and network services in Singapore.

Candidates should have strong background in Windows domain, Azure/Microsoft 365, VMware, and IT security, with experience in financial institutions. This role involves cross-border collaboration and reporting to Head Office in Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or equivalent with ~5 years in IT services for financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and security in enterprise environments.
• Experience in end-user computing, server platforms, virtualization, and networking.
• Ability to work with cross-border teams and report in Japanese when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects and ensure governance compliance.
• Develop End User Computing services and server platforms (Dynamics, DevOps, Windows domain).
• Plan IT security measures with global teams and Japan Head Office.
• Coordinate budgets and align architecture/roadmaps with JRI Group.
