Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Up to eight years of experience in a Quantity Surveying or Cost Consultancy role.
• Experience across pre-construction and construction phases of projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology platforms.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Structured and organized approach with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cost plans, including taking off quantities and pricing for projects.
• Advise clients on procurement strategies and support contractor pre-qualification and evaluation.
• Prepare tender documents, including Bills of Quantities, Schedule of Rates, and manage the tender process.
• Compare tender returns and support clients in negotiating pricing with contractors and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and administer contracts on behalf of clients, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Certify final payment claims and prepare cost reports for client sign-off.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, design consultants, and contractors.
