Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Marketing & Events Assistant to support marketing campaigns and event production at a dynamic pace. You will help monitor trends, develop assets for events, and coordinate with vendors.

The role involves on-site support for Singapore events, handling admin tasks, and assisting project management across programmes. A diploma and 1–2 years in marketing/communications are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing, communications, digital content creation, or events coordination experience.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Willing to work after office hours or on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor digital media trends and identify content opportunities for campaigns.
• Develop creative assets for event collaterals, branding visuals, and publicity materials.
• Execute digital marketing across social media, websites, paid media, and influencers.
• Liaise with vendors on briefs and approvals for timely delivery.
• Provide on-site logistical and event production support.
• Assist with project management for programmes and events.
• Provide admin and secretariat support, including scheduling and minutes.

Job description

• Location:Kallang / City Hall / Event site as required
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary:Up to $2,800 per month
• Duration: Oct 2026 – Mar 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor digital media trends and platforms to identify relevant content opportunities and recommend creative directions for marketing and communications campaigns.
• Assist in developing creative assets for event collaterals, branding visuals and publicity materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Assist in executing digital marketing activities across social media, websites, paid media and influencer engagements to drive awareness and participation in events and programmes.
• Liaise with vendors on briefs, feedback and approvals to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing and production materials.
• Provide logistical and event production support for pre- and post-event activities, including on-site support during events.
• Assist with project management for assigned programmes and events, including planning timelines, coordinating resources and supporting execution.
• Provide administrative and secretariat support, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, taking minutes and following up on action items.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in any related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, digital content creation, or events coordination
• Familiar with graphic design tools (Eg: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and experience with paid digital media or influencer management is a plus
• Comfortable working after office hours or on weekends when required
