Job summary

Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) Ltd. seeks an Executive/Manager, Engagement & Experience to plan and execute communications for producers, retailers, F&B operators and trade stakeholders in the BCRS. The role translates regulatory requirements into clear guidance and timely support to stakeholders.

You will manage communications calendars, ensure consistent messaging, and coordinate engagement across diverse channels and partners to support scheme success.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 3–6 years' experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public affairs or B2B marketing.
• Strong writing abilities and a willingness to learn with an interest in sustainability.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to simplify complex information.
• Good project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable working across operational, technical and regulatory subject matter.
• Experience in sustainability, supply chain, retail, government programmes or regulated sectors would be advantageous.

As an Executive / Manager, Engagement & Experience (Producer & Trade Communications) at BCRS Ltd, you will support the planning and execution of communications and engagement for producers, retailers, F&B operators and other trade stakeholders participating in the Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS).

The role translates regulatory and operational requirements into clear, timely and actionable communications, helping stakeholders understand what they need to do and where to get support.

Requirements
