1. Corporate Affairs, Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop the Group's corporate affairs and communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and corporate priorities.
- Work closely with Finance, Contracts, Project and Management teams to support strategic initiatives and key business projects.
- Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness and business performance.
- Represent the company with relevant industry associations and manage corporate memberships, including BCA, SBF, SCAL and other relevant bodies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, regulators and key external stakeholders, including responding to relevant public consultations and industry matters.
- Manage external PR and investor relations agencies, ensuring consistent corporate messaging and effective media engagement.
- Support the CEO and senior management on annual reports, corporate announcements, speeches, presentations and other external communications.
- Oversee the Group's corporate brand and digital presence, including website content, LinkedIn, careers platforms and other corporate communication channels
2. Employee Engagement & Corporate Culture
- Plan and lead company-wide townhalls and employee communications in collaboration with the CEO and HR team.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and culture initiatives aligned with the Group's values and business objectives.
- Manage the annual employee engagement calendar covering recognition, celebrations, wellbeing, staff activities and other engagement programmes.
- Strengthen relationships with vendors and subcontractors through appropriate appreciation, engagement and corporate events.
- Develop and coordinate CSR and community engagement programmes in partnership with HR and relevant business units.
- Manage internal communications across company announcements, newsletters, noticeboards, broadcast groups and other employee communication channels.
3. Corporate Credentials, Tender Support, ESG & Records Management
- Develop and maintain corporate credentials and materials supporting tender submissions, prequalification exercises and business development activities.
- Work closely with Project and Tender teams to prepare corporate profiles, capability statements, case studies, project references, testimonials and presentation materials.
- Coordinate corporate information and documentation required for client, lender, regulator and other stakeholder sustainability and ESG requests.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, WSH and Project teams to consolidate accurate information for ESG reporting and corporate disclosures.
- Support WSH and corporate safety campaigns, including Safety Time-Out communications and BCA / bizSAFE / WSH Council award submissions.
- Maintain an organised corporate media, credentials, project reference and communications library to ensure information is readily available for business and tender requirements.

Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- 3 years ++ of relevant experience in corporate affairs, corporate communications, stakeholder management, marketing communications, strategic planning or related functions.
- Experience building as a corporate affairs, corporate communications or corporate services function within a construction, engineering or other project-based organisation or Familiarity with BCA, SCAL and the construction project lifecycle would be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with website / digital content management, graphic design, social media and AI-powered content tools is an advantage.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
