CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) in Singapore seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and group-level reporting with strong collaboration across teams.

You will partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate statutory filings and drive efficiency through AI-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Degree or CPA in Accountancy.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS(I)).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on a monthly basis and explain variances and trends.
• Prepare annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes.
• Provide accounting support for business/operation teams and address business issues.
• Prepare reports for Group reporting purposes.
• Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements.
• Participate in implementing AI initiatives and systems to support expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Review monthly management accounts, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variance and trend.
• Prepare annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes.
• Provide accounting support for business/operation teams and address business issues.
• Prepare reports for Group reporting purposes.
• Oversee statutory filings including financial statements and tax.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements.
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures & policies, implementation of AI initiatives and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector
• Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I).
• Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
• Proficient in Excel and Power point
• Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP, AI tools will be viewed favourably
