Job summary

Trinax seeks a visionary Head of Immersive Systems & Operations to shape and lead our high-performance Operations function. You will drive strategy, system design, pre-sales solutioning, and on-ground execution for premium immersive experiences, balancing creative ambition with technical rigour and commercial realism.

You will mentor field engineers into specialist system engineers, build scalable processes, and align operations with Trinax’s shift toward global replication and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in AV and Multimedia system integration.
• Proven leadership of technical teams delivering large-scale immersive experiences.
• Ability to work across strategy, design intent and execution.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and leading Operations to be a value creator for premium immersive experiences.
• Design operational systems that are buildable, reliable, maintainable and scalable.
• Set quality bars for installations, handovers, maintenance and support.
• Drive repeatability, consistency, and operational maturity across projects.
• Act as technical authority for AV systems including LED walls, projection, media servers, sensors, and control environments.
• Lead pre-sales solutioning, deployment planning and commercial trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Software, and Innovation teams to translate concepts into operable reality.
