Job summary

Trinaxis is seeking a Sales & Business Development Intern to support our Sales and BD team across outreach, client engagement, sales coordination, and internal operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone proactive, commercially curious, and comfortable hunting for opportunities and building the systems that support them.

You will work closely with the Sales and BD team on identifying opportunities, following up on prospects, supporting proposal work, and improving how the sales function

Responsibilities

• Outreach to potential clients and partners
• Research upcoming exhibitions, conferences, networking sessions, and industry events relevant to Trinax's business
• Identify potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities
• Assist in handling sales opportunities under the team's guidance
• Track and coordinate sales opportunities and follow-up actions
• Conduct client and prospect follow-ups for enquiries
• Support quotation follow-ups, meeting coordination, and opportunity updates
• Assist in preparing sales materials, credentials, references, and supporting content for proposals
• Maintain organised tracking records and reporting updates for opportunities and business activities
• Build, organize and maintain internal knowledge bases
• Support improvements to opportunity tracking and sales workflow processes
• Explore practical ways to use AI and digital tools to improve workflow, organisation, and knowledge management
• Support the preparation of onboarding resources for future sales team members
