Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Director of Quality who will also act as Head Chef to oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations in Singapore. You will lead a team, design menus, ensure high quality, freshness, and presentation, and maintain stringent hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, budgeting, inventory control, catering coordination for events, and resolving customer concerns while upholding brand standards and consistent meal quality.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Minimum High School Diploma in Culinary.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen production, assign tasks, and ensure prompt, fresh, high-quality dishes.
• Design menus, recipes, and plate presentation.
• Train staff and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Control food costs and inventory; manage purchasing.
• Hire staff and monitor labor targets; manage safety and hygiene.
• Handle customer feedback and catering coordination.
