Job summary

Tiger Brokers Singapore, MAS-regulated fintech, seeks an experienced IT support professional to serve as the primary executive IT contact. You will handle device setup, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure security baselines while maintaining calm efficiency in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Experience with MAS TRM guidelines is a plus. Strong English and Mandarin, and a focus on both speed and controls are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on end user support in a corporate environment.
• Experience in MAS-regulated financial institutions or licensed fintech is strongly preferred.
• Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Certs: CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator, ACSP or ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated IT point of contact for executives with on-site, white-glove support.
• Manage device setup, travel prep, AV checks, and software pre-staging before issues arise.
• Maintain confidentiality of executive communications and device contents.
• Log and document resolutions to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile devices via JAMF Pro and Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration platforms (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
