Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education or related field.
• 2 years of international student recruitment, education administration, customer service or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, agents and staff.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and deadlines.

• Process, submit and follow up on student applications and documentation.
• Respond to walk-in, phone and email enquiries and support student conversion.
• Assist with recruitment/marketing activities for designated markets, including events and campaigns.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain databases; provide general administrative support.
• Support day-to-day recruitment operations and front desk activities as required.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive, International Recruitment to support student recruitment activities across designated markets (Singapore local transfer and Northeast Asia market). The role will work closely with the team, prospective students and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Management: Maintain agent records, agreements, data and commission information accurately and in line with university requirements.
• Application Support: Process, submit and follow up on student applications, ensuring timely and accurate handling of documentation.
• Student Enquiries: Respond to walk-in, phone and email enquiries and provide support throughout the student conversion journey.
• Market Support: Assist with recruitment and marketing activities for designated markets, including agent engagement, events and campaigns.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare recruitment reports, maintain accurate databases and provide general clerical and administrative support to the International Recruitment team.
• Team Support: Assist with day-to-day recruitment operations, cover front desk and other activities as required to support market growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in international student recruitment, education administration, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, education agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Customer-focused with a passion for supporting students throughout their education journey.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in handling applications, records, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and databases/CRM systems.
• Willingness to support recruitment events, roadshows, exhibitions, and occasional weekend or evening activities when required.
• Proficiency in an additional language relevant to the Northeast Asia market (e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) will be an advantage.
