Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore invites a short-term contract role to support the Knowledge Mobilisation and Translation initiative. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the HP website, drafting and uploading content, and coordinating visuals and assets.

You will assist with knowledge resources, events, and stakeholder engagements, plus ad-hoc administrative duties. A diploma is required; experience with copywriting, web design, and graphic design is preferred;

Summary

The Knowledge Mobilisation and Translation (KMobT) is a keyenabler under the Research, Innovation and Enterprise (RIE) 2030, Human Potential (\"HP\") programme. KMobT supports the sharing, translation, and application of research insights to maximise relevance and impact for policymaking, practice, and programme development.These insights are drawn from HP initiatives: Science of Learning, Prenatal/Early Childhood and the Integrative Adolescence Research Programme. This is a short-term contract role for at least four (4) and up to six (6) months.

Job Scope:

• Development and Maintenance of HP Website

  Draft, edit, format, upload,and maintain website content.

  Source for and recommend appropriate visual assets e.g. images & graphics.

  Coordinate stakeholder review cycles, consolidate feedback, and incorporate revisions in a timely manner for website launch preparations.

  Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the website.

• Knowledge Management and Content Support

  Assist in organising, updating,and curating HP knowledge resources, web-ready content, communication materials across HP initiatives, events and projects.

• Operations and Administrative Support

  Support the organisation of KMobT-related meetings, presentation materials, follow-up action, events, and stakeholder engagements.

• Other ad-hoc/supporting duties as required

Requirements:

• At least a diploma certificate
• Experience in copywriting, webdesign, graphic design is preferred.
• Familiarity with website/blogging content management systems, SharePoint, ISOMER, Canva, Adobe Express, orsimilar tools and software preferred.
• Strong written communication,organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team while managing multiple workstreams.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 6pm

Contract Period: 4 months (possibility to extend for 2 more months based on work performance) (Estimated: 26/10/2026 to 26/2/2027)
