Job summary

CGP Personnel is hiring a Website Content Specialist for MOE HQ in Singapore to support development and maintenance of the official website, disseminating research findings and programme information to policy makers, researchers and the public.

You will draft, edit, format, upload, and maintain website content, source visual assets, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and assist in organizing meetings and events related to HP initiatives. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of Website for the dissemination of research findings and Programme information with policy makers, researchers and the public.
• Draft, edit, format, upload, and maintain website content.
• Source for and recommend appropriate visual assets e.g. images & graphics.
• Coordinate stakeholder review cycles, consolidate feedback, and incorporate revisions in a timely manner for website launch preparations.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the website.
• Assist in organising, updating, and curating HP knowledge resources, web-ready content, communication materials across HP initiatives, events and projects.
• Support the organisation of meetings, presentation materials, follow-up action, events, and stakeholder engagements.
