CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking a risk professional to join the Risk Management team and report to the Head of Group Risk Management. This role focuses on supporting enterprise risk management, data collection, and governance across CapitaLand group.

You will prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and boards, evaluate investment risks, and help digitalize risk systems while promoting risk awareness throughout the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or real estate.
• Minimum 2 years in finance, investment or risk-related roles.
• Strong financial analysis with modelling and CAPM familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation of Enterprise Risk Management programmes.
• Facilitate collection, reporting and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and Board committees.
• Evaluate risks of new investment proposals across asset classes.
• Perform financial analysis, including cash flow modelling and WACC considerations.
• Benchmark risk management policies against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives and enhancements to risk systems and processes.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with risk management policies.
• Drive risk awareness through trainings and communication initiatives.

Job Description

You will report to Head, Group Risk Management and be part of the Risk Management team that drives the implementation of group-wide risk framework, strengths risk governance and supports risk assessment and reporting across CapitaLand group.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Enterprise Risk Management programmes, including annual Risk & Control Self-Assessment exercises.
• Facilitate the collection, reporting and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and Board committees.
• Evaluate risks of new investment proposals across various asset classes and fund strategies
• Perform financial analysis, including support in the WACC/hurdle rate computations
• Benchmark risk management policies and practices against regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to digitalization initiatives and enhancements to risk systems and processes.
• Collaborate with business units to ensure compliance with risk management policies and practices.
• Drive risk awareness through trainings and communication initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Real Estate
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, investment, or risk-related roles, with exposure to financial and non-financial risk methodologies and tools.
• Strong financial analysis , with experience in project finance, cash flow modelling, basic option pricing, and CAPM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to engage and influence stakeholder.
• Possess positive learning attitude, proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
