Job summary

KTP CONSULTANTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Civil & Structural Engineer to plan, design, and supervise C&S works for buildings, roads, drains, and earthworks, ensuring quality and compliance with codes.

You will perform analysis, coordinate with design teams and contractors, and manage stakeholders to deliver projects in line with local regulations and client requirements. BIM experience and familiarity with national standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the PE Board in Singapore.
• Prior working experience in structural engineering projects preferred.
• Familiar with structural design to local codes, regulations and Eurocode.
• Proficient in design software: ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, MIDAS.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in BIM-based design and project management.

Job description

• Perform analysis and design for the project.
• Supervise the drafting of drawings related to design.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice.
• Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties.
• Coordinate with contractors, project team and design consultants.

Requirements:

• Possess a Civil and Structural Engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Prior working experiences in structural engineering projects preferred.
• Familiar with structural engineering design to local Codes, Regulations and requirements,and Eurocode.
• Well verse in structural design software, e.g. ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, MIDAS, etc.
• Familiar with authority submission requirements for civil-structural works.
• Experience in design/project management works in BIM.
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedure and construction administration.
