Qualifications

To be involved in the planning and execution of civil and structural works.
Assist the Project manager and Construction Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects.
To prepare method of statement, construction sequencing, sketches, and other technical submissions.
To monitor the execution of the site works and further review and develop the method and/or sequence of the works to ensure safety and efficiency.
To collaborate with peers, and to liaise with trade contractors, clients and consultants and ensure timely delivery of quality services.
To prepare Inspection and Test Plan, and conduct inspection and check on works performed.
Check the drawings discrepancies and conduct field verification, and submit technical clarification to the clients and consultants.
Ensure updated drawings including shop drawings are used by the site team in a timely manner.
Prepare site record and submit to office in a timely manner.
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university or its equivalent recognized by the Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Building projects and/or Geotechnical projects.
Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.
Familiar with precast concrete will be an added advantage.
