Job summary

SJ Group is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, supervise, and coordinate civil and infrastructure works in Singapore. You will handle structural and geotechnical analysis, ensure compliance with statutory standards, and work closely with clients, contractors, and authorities.

The role requires familiarity with Eurocodes and proficiency in major design software, with BIM experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or its equivalent recognized by responsible authority.
• At least 3 to 5 years of design and site experience in civil and infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with structural and geotechnical design in Eurocodes.
• Well versed in design software such as STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, Plaxis, GeoStudio, TEDDS, etc.
• Familiar with authorities submission requirements and project management for civil/infrastructure projects.
• Good in site management and client liaison as consultant.
• Familiar with local civil/infrastructure projects; BIM familiarity is a plus.

• Civil & Structural and Geotechnical design, analysis and assessment.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standard, Regulations and Codes of Practices.

• Assist Team Leader in maintaining high quality standards of design and supervision.

Requirements
