Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 25+ years in the oil and gas industry.
• 10+ years in senior management, project leadership, operations, or related functions.
• Proven experience as Director, General Manager, Senior Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong experience in piping coordination, fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, mechanical completion, and QA/QC.
• Experience in engineering, construction, fabrication, production, operations, logistics, or major project environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the company as primary operational decision-maker.
• Lead, develop, and implement the company’s overall business strategy, vision, and mission.
• Develop annual operational plans, objectives and budgets aligned with strategy.
• Find and secure new offshore jobs and quotations by monitoring markets and building relationships.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and auditing to improve profitability.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support growth.
