Job summary

Bw Digital is seeking a Project Director – Connectivity for a full-time role based in Singapore with travel. You will lead end-to-end development of strategic connectivity projects, from planning through execution and handover, collaborating with regulators, partners and customers to ensure safety, schedule and commercial success.

The role reports to the Chief Business Officer – Connectivity. You will drive feasibility, delivery strategies, and governance while aligning projects with long-term

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience leading large-scale infrastructure or connectivity projects.
• Experience working with government agencies, regulators and strategic partners is highly desirable.
• Experience in long-haul submarine cable systems and South-East Asia is a plus.
• Collaborative leader with strategic and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for successful delivery of connectivity infrastructure projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project strategies, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams of staff, consultants and contractors to objectives.
• Oversee controls for scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and change management.
• Represent the organization in executive meetings, steering committees and external forums.
