• 12+ years of experience leading large technology or transformation programs with senior delivery leadership
• Proven success delivering multitower programs across infrastructure, cloud, security, or applications
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage governance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive delivery leader and trusted advisor for strategic accounts across WWT.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of complex multitower programs spanning cloud, security, and application domains.
• Establish and maintain program governance, KPIs, dashboards, and quality standards; manage risk and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Account Managers and Consulting Services leadership to shape opportunities and ensure delivery feasibility and profitability.
