• Build relationships with customers to secure future third‑party claim recoveries.
• Attend to enquiries raised by customers relating to their IncomeShield claims.
• Check payment details made by third‑party insurers to allocate these payments correctly to their respective claim.
• Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
