You will inspire a talented team, drive menus, cost control, food safety, and brand standards while collaborating with hotel leadership to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Experience as Executive Chef in a 4- or 5-star property.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and sanitation.
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate and local certifications.
• Proven track record in driving profitability and menu engineering.
• Leadership with team development and succession planning.
