The EHS Engineer plays a critical role in supporting a safe, compliant, and operationally effective work environment across manufacturing, engineering, test, and site support functions.
This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to identify and reduce risk, ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements, and drive continuous improvement. The role is expected to apply FLIGHT DECK principles by helping teams establish standard work, use daily and visual management to expose gaps, and drive disciplined problem solving and action planning to improve site performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, practical problem-solving capability, and the ability to influence teams at all levels while demonstrating the GE Aerospace behaviors of Respect for People, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Driven, always with unyielding integrity.
