Job summary

RSP Architects Planners & Engineers is seeking an Architect with 3+ years of post-graduate experience to lead schematic design, development and tender documentation for diverse projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage site inspections, and drive the project from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with local codes and timely submissions. A strong portfolio and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Min 3 years post-graduate experience in schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration.
• Strong portfolio of project work.
• Able to work independently and comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Engage & coordinate with project stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Coordinate site inspections and authority clearances.
• Manage project from start to handover, including authorities submissions, procurement prep and detailing.
