Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an outstanding Executive, Account Management for our SMB team. The role drives growth for the SMB portfolio through operational and marketing excellence, with reporting to the Lead, Account Management.

The ideal candidate will learn quickly, be comfortable with our proprietary software, and pay close attention to detail. Key duties include relationship management, conducting data analysis and invoicing resolutions, partnering with Commercial and Marketing to scale campaigns,

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role in the eCommerce industry.
• Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data patterns.
• Job ownership with structure and discipline as core traits.
• Keen understanding of customer behavior and how content quality affects purchasing decisions.
• Proficiency with Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, reporting, and resolve invoicing issues.
• Deepen relationships with SMB partners using learning tools.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to scale campaigns.
• Educate SMB partners on the foodpanda marketing suite to grow on the platform.
• Evaluate partner operational compliance with the Operations team.
• Participate in ad-hoc, high-impact commercial projects.

Relationship Management

• Conduct data analysis, reporting, operational and invoicing resolutions
• Deepen business relationships with foodpanda's SMB partners with our proprietary learning tools

Marketing

• Work with foodpanda's Commercial and Marketing teams to implement and scale marketing campaigns
• Educate SMB partners on the foodpanda marketing suite to grow on the foodpanda platform

Operations

• Work with foodpanda's Operations team to evaluate partner operational compliance
• Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth through operational best practices

Ad-Hoc Projects

• As part of a highly agile industry, expect to be given opportunities to participate in the execution of high-impact commercial activities

What you need to be successful

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role in the eCommerce industry
• A keen sense for customer behaviour, and how content quality affects purchasing decisions
• An analytical mindset with a penchant for seeking opportunities within data patterns
