Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking an Electrical Wafer Sort (EWS) Process Engineer to optimise processes, tools, and systems for best-in-class product quality and productivity in EWS operations.

You will monitor process performance, analyse electrical test data and visual defects, identify root causes of deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve yield, quality, and productivity. Collaboration across departments is essential to sustain operational stability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or a related science/engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in a cleanroom environment; knowledge of optical microscope usage is advantageous.
• Familiarity with DOE, 8D methodology, FMEA, programming, or data processing tools is preferred.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
