Job summary

Prince’s Landscape Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Executive to oversee daily site and venue operations for festive events, including Christmas and Chinese New Year, and to support other assigned events as needed.

The role requires strong operations oversight, data analysis capability and hands-on leadership to guide teams on site, while coordinating maintenance of utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, rides and equipment. Safety and regulatory compliance are paramount.

Qualifications

• Degree in Horticulture, Arboriculture or related field with minimum 5 years' landscaping or large event setup experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Strong scheduling, planning and execution abilities on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site and venue operations for festive events such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.
• Coordinate maintenance of utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, rides and equipment; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop project plans, budgets and resource plans; manage manpower, materials, tools and supervision.
• Identify vendors and subcontractors as needed and define roles and expectations for onsite staff.
• Communicate progress to clients, designers and contractors; review designs for feasibility and implementation.
