Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an events coordinator to support planning and coordination of programmes and corporate events at Sentosa. You will manage event logistics, materials, inventory and on-site arrangements, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

The role also involves assisting with travel, accommodation and itinerary arrangements, and handling administrative tasks as assigned. Sentosa location with shuttle access.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating corporate events and travel logistics.
• Ability to manage event logistics, materials, inventory and on-site arrangements.
• Proven track record coordinating with vendors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience assisting with travel, accommodation and itinerary planning.
• Willingness to handle administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
