Job summary

Cheil Singapore invites applicants for an Event Intern to assist in planning and executing events, activations, and campaigns. You will work with the Events, Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to deliver engaging brand experiences for clients.

The role offers hands-on exposure to the advertising and events industry, from concept development to on-site execution, with collaboration across teams and contributing to post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Hospitality or related field.
• Interest in events, brand activations, and experiential marketing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, launches, roadshows, and campaigns.
• Support in preparing event proposals, presentations, schedules, checklists, and production documents.
• Assist with venue research, site visits, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, venues, talents, and other partners under guidance of the project team.
