Job summary

Clearwater Communications Pte Ltd is seeking an Event Marketing/Marcoms Intern in Singapore to develop and implement ideas for diverse clients. You will work with team members and vendors to create events and integrated campaigns, and may contribute to new business pitches and proposals.

You will collaborate across the pitch and project cycle, coordinating with suppliers and clients, while developing timelines and client communications.

Qualifications

• Degree/tertiary education.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account/Project leads to provide counsel to clients.
• Take an active role in the entire pitch/project cycle including onsite execution.
• Manage events and campaign deliverables and coordinate with all relevant parties and suppliers to implement them on time, on budget and on standards.
• Manage registrations and RSVP for projects where required.
• Develop timelines, proposals and prepare all client correspondence such as contact reports and agendas.
• Involved in new business pitching including participation in brainstorming sessions, briefing...
• Manage all aspects of assigned project execution within established budgets and timeframe.
• Assist with the upkeeping of client and suppliers database.
• Handle other agency related tasks such as invoices, contracts, final expenditures, timelines, timesheets.
