You will support the planning and execution of local and international competitions, award ceremonies, student programmes and other educational events.
Plan and coordinate events from preparation to execution.
Work with venues, hotels, caterers, transport providers and other vendors.
Coordinate event registration, participant lists, passes, certificates, medals and event materials.
Assist with accommodation, transport and logistics for international participants.
Prepare event schedules, checklists, manpower plans and operational timelines.
Coordinate staff, part-timers, volunteers, ushers and student helpers.
Support event setup, registration counters, backstage operations and crowd management.
Liaise with schools, teachers, parents, students and international country partners.
Handle operational issues and last-minute changes during events.
Assist with quotations, purchases, deliveries and vendor follow-ups.
Support post-event reporting, feedback and documentation.
Travel overseas for events and programmes when required.
Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Event, hospitality or project coordination experience will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and spoken English.
Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when events are held.
Willing to travel overseas when required.
