Job summary

JNR Entertainment Private Limited in Singapore seeks a committed customer service representative to handle daily calls and emails, prepare quotations and invoices, and assist customers with product information and promotions.

The role requires the ability to manage high call volumes, excellent time management, and clear communication in English and Chinese. Fresh diploma graduates welcomed; 12 days annual leave offered.

Job description

• We operate on Mon-Fri, Half day on Sat, 9.30am to 6.30pm. Base pay of $3000 (depending on your qualification) 5.5 work day
• Fresh Diploma Graduates welcome.
• Daily role of answering calls and replying emails, do quotation and invoices.
• Reliable and committed individual
• (Preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound call environment. Annual leave entitlement of 12 days.
• Comfortable in conveying conversations to customers in English & Chinese.
• Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
• To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback calls.
• Must be able to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
• Minimum O'level qualification or Higher Nitec
