Plan and coordinate events across corporate seminars to client appreciation nights, collaborating with management, partners and vendors to deliver seamless experiences, while managing budgets, logistics and timelines,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in event management, marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates welcome with passion.

• Manage budgets and logistics: Ensure events are cost‑effective, well‑organized, and executed on time.

• Drive creativity: Bring fresh ideas to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Prior experience in event planning preferred, but fresh graduates with passion are welcome
