Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Communications or Marketing.
• -Hands-on interest in events/campaign management and improving marketing operations.
• -Interest in video editing (CapCut) and creating content for social platforms (TikTok/IG).
• -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work streams.
• -Willingness to take initiative and lead smaller projects or vendor conversations.
• -Confident interacting with vendors and clients at events.
• -Collaborative team player with adaptability to team needs.
• -Flexible to support occasional evening/weekend work around major event dates.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end event preparation and execution for large-scale events (seminars, roadshows, conferences).
• Lead or assist with vendor selection and contracts for venues, F&B, AV, printing, and giveaways.
• Prepare event run sheets, logistics checklists, and stakeholder briefs.
• Assist on-site during events with setup, registration, and guest management.
• Plan and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) to promote events.
• Edit event highlights and photos using CapCut for online channels.
• Capture on-site photo/video content for use across marketing channels.
• Create marketing collateral such as posters, e-invitations, and captions.
