• Support chefs and kitchen staff in meal preparation and service as needed.
• Communicate effectively with catering, event, and service teams to align kitchen operations with overall event or dining goals.
• Monitor equipment functionality and arrange maintenance or repairs when necessary.
• Train and onboard new kitchen staff, reinforcing best practices and safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on kitchen operations, expenses, and supply usage.
