PurpleForest Events PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced High-Agency Events Executive to own outcomes and manage government conferences, ministerial ceremonies, and national-level events with precision.

You will serve as a project owner, handling client relationships, financial scoping, and stakeholder alignment while upholding uncompromising standards within a growing boutique agency. Autonomy and structured processes define the role.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of core experience in MICE, conference, or corporate event management.
• Experience with government or association projects is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication for drafting high-level proposals and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of small to medium-scale government conferences, international meetings, and ministerial events from proposal to post-event review.
• Translate complex client briefs into watertight budgets, timelines, and project plans; own the numbers and delivery.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and implement practical solutions calmly and decisively.
• Guide and support junior executives by modelling excellence and high-standard execution.

About the Role

We are looking for aHigh-Agency Events Executivewho wants to own outcomes, not just take tasks. At PurpleForest, you won’t just coordinate logistics; you will manage high-stakes government conferences, ministerial ceremonies, and national-level events where precision matters.

You will act as a project owner, handling client relationships, financial scoping, and stakeholder alignment, while serving as a crucial anchor for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership:Take full accountability for small to medium-scale government conferences, international meetings, and ministerial events from proposal to post-event review.
• Commercial & Strategic Execution:Translate complex client briefs into watertight budgets, timelines, and project plans. You own the numbers and the delivery.
• Proactive Problem Solving:Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen. When variables shift under pressure, you execute practical solutions calmly and decisively.
• Team Calibration:Guide and support junior executives by modelling excellence. You don't just instruct; you show what high-standard execution looks like.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ yearsof core experience in MICE, conference, or corporate event management (government or association project experience is a strong advantage).
• High Agency:You possess an internal locus of control. You don't wait to be told what to fix; you spot a gap and take ownership of it.
• Uncompromising Standards: You care deeply about the details, from a formatted proposal to a flawless venue transition.
• Strong Written & Verbal Command: Exceptional English communication skills are non-negotiable for drafting high-level government proposals and engaging senior stakeholders.
