Job summary

Apple Pie Language PTE. LTD. is seeking an Event Assistant to support our Talent Showcases across preschools in Singapore. This 3-month season runs from mid-September to mid-December 2026, with in-person duties at multiple locations and a 5-day work week.

You will assist the Principal with logistics, capture moments on video, and help edit clips to share with families, while maintaining a child-friendly, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification (or equivalent).
• Basic proficiency in using video editing software.

Responsibilities

• Showcase Logistics & Event Setup: Support event logistics, assist with backdrops and dressing children in performance costumes.
• Media & Video Production: Assist in video recording and photography during performances at preschool locations.
• Video Editing & Content Delivery: Edit footage into polished talent showcase clips for parents.

Join Apple Pie Language as an Event Assistant for our upcoming season of Preschool Talent Showcases! We are a dedicated Speech & Drama enrichment provider bringing joyful, creative language experiences to young learners across Singapore. From September through December 2026, we will be conducting talent showcases across various preschools, and we need an energetic, organized assistant to work alongside our Principal to ensure every showcase runs smoothly and memorable moments are captured.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase Logistics & Event Setup: Carry out administrative and coordination tasks to support event logistics. Assist the Principal with setting up show backdrops and dressing children (aged 3-7) in performance costumes.
• Media & Video Production: Assist in video recording and photography during performances at preschool locations.
• Video Editing & Content Delivery: Edit recorded footage into polished talent showcase video clips to be shared with parents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification (or equivalent).
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency/knowledge in using video editing software.
• Child-Centric: A genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young children aged 3 to 7.
• Attributes: Reliable, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable traveling to various preschool sites across Singapore.
