Full training and run-sheets are provided to ensure consistent delivery. This seasonal role offers both part-time and full-time options, with sessions running 9:30–11:00 and 11:00–12:30.

Maker's Makings Enrichment Studio is a creative enrichment studio for young children, designed and led by experienced early childhood educators. The studio brings hands-on, experiential learning into preschools across Singapore through programmes in creative arts, music and movement, photography, and young entrepreneurship. Each programme is built to spark curiosity, confidence, and self-expression in children aged 3 to 6, turning everyday play into meaningful skills. Founded by a mother-daughter team with deep experience in early childhood and the arts, Maker's Makings focuses on cultivating memorable, heart-centered learning moments. The studio partners with preschools across Singapore to deliver enrichment that complements existing curricula and brings something special to classrooms, camps, and celebrations.

Role Description

This is a seasonal role (part-time and full-time options) supporting Maker's Makings' December holiday camps, running 21 November to 20 December 2026 on weekday mornings across preschools in Singapore.

As a Holiday Camp Facilitator, you will lead and assist creative, play-based camp activities for children aged 3 to 6. Each morning runs in two sessions (approximately 9.30-11am and 11am-12.30pm), with programmes spanning creative arts, music and movement, photography, and young entrepreneurship.

Day-to-day, you will deliver camp activities to plan, prepare and pack materials, keep to session timings, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for every child. You will also support individual children, liaise with our centre partners, and help capture learning moments, photos and a finale showcase, to share with schools and families. Full training and lesson run-sheets are provided, so you can deliver each programme to a consistent standard.

Qualifications

• A genuine love for working with young children (ages 3 to 6) and the ability to build warm, positive relationships with children, caregivers, and school partners.
• Reliability and availability to commit to the camp dates (23 Nov - 18 Dec, weekday mornings).
• Creativity and comfort bringing arts, music, movement, or photography into hands-on activities.
• Experience working with children in group settings is a plus; training is provided, so prior experience is not required for assistant roles.
• A background in early childhood, the creative or performing arts, dance, or photography is an advantage, especially for lead facilitator roles.
• Solid organisation skills, including preparing materials and keeping activities on schedule.
• A relevant diploma or certification in Early Childhood, the arts, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to travel to different preschool locations across Singapore.
• Commitment to creating inclusive, safe, and encouraging learning spaces for every child.
