Job summary

MIRA is seeking a confident and organised Event Manager to lead Scent Bar activations at corporate events, workshops, weddings, and brand launches. This part-time role combines hands-on on-site management with guest engagement across multiple venues in Singapore.

You will act as the lead representative, coordinate with delivery personnel, oversee setup, supervise staff, and liaise with clients and vendors on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising event setups, roadshows, or workshops.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of the event space.
• Professional and articulate when interacting with clients and guests.
• Confident leading a team during live events.
• Passion for wellness or experiential activations.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required.

Event Manager (Part-Time) – Scent Bar Activation

Rate: $20/hour + 5% commission on converted leads

Location: Various event venues across Singapore

Availability: Weekdays and weekends (schedule provided in advance)

MIRA is looking for a confident and organised Event Manager to lead our Scent Bar activations across corporate events, workshops, weddings, and brand launches. This is a hands-on role that involves both on-site management and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead representative at Scent Bar activations
• Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely arrival and setup of materials
• Oversee the setup and styling of the scent station, ensuring it meets brand standards
• Supervise and guide Event Assistants and support staff
• Professionally liaise with clients, vendors, and corporate partners on-site
• Greet guests and clearly explain the Scent Bar experience
• Answer general enquiries and promote MIRA’s services for future bookings
• Collect potential leads during events and follow up where neededEnsure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience from start to finish
