Job summary

DOUBLE BAY HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. invites friendly and energetic individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will help deliver a great dining and drinking experience for guests, greet customers, take orders, and suggest menu items.

Shift hours are Monday to Thursday 5:00pm–12:00midnight and Friday to Saturday 5:00pm–1:00am, with transport allowance for late shifts. Prior F&B experience is a plus, but training is provided, weekend and public holiday work required.

Qualifications

Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend and public holiday availability stated as a requirement.

Responsibilities

Greet and attend to customers, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations when needed.
Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure orders are correct before delivering to the table.
Assist in the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, bottle drinks.
Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately via cash, card, or other payment modes.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
