Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a Deputy / Assistant Manager, EV Masterplanning (Data & Communications) to join NEVC. You will contribute to data-driven plans for EV charging deployment and related infrastructure across Singapore.

You will design data visualisations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Python; develop models for demand, forecasts, and financial projections; and engage stakeholders to advance electrification initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in data and communications.
• Experience in AI, data analysis and visualization (Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis on EV adoption trends and charging deployment progress.
• Design data visualisations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Refine models for charging demand, supply forecasts and financial projections.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in EV adoption and infrastructure.
• Support development of strategies and action plans for EV deployment.
• Develop and execute communications strategies on EV matters.
