Job summary

BYD Singapore is seeking an experienced Head of EV Charging & Infrastructure to lead strategy, commercial performance and expansion of the Singapore charging network. The role oversees business development, partnerships, network deployment and governance to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include steering strategy, tariff planning, key accounts, landlord relationships, and site expansion, with a focus on timelines, budgets and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in EV charging or related industries.
• Leadership experience in infrastructure projects and teams.
• Strong commercial, business development and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Understanding of infrastructure deployment, operations and project management.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese for diverse stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, business plan, budget and commercial performance of the EV charging network.
• Drive business development, tariff strategy, key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Manage relationships with landlords, site owners, utility/service providers, major customers and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee the deployment and expansion of new charging sites, ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Monitor key KPIs: uptime, utilisation, revenue, costs and customer experience.
• Ensure governance for regulatory compliance, licensing, safety and risk management.
• Collaborate with HQ and internal teams on product strategy and network expansion.
