Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting an EV Charger Maintenance Engineer for LEW Grade 7 to support preventive maintenance and on-site servicing of EV charging systems across Singapore.

The role involves hands-on electrical maintenance, firmware updates, and compliance checks at multiple sites with travel between locations. Relevant LEW certification and driving licence are required; certification in EV charging equipment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelors not required; higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering is the preferred education.
• Valid LEW Grade 7 qualification is mandatory.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is required.
• EV Charger Equipment Specialist certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspection and preventive maintenance of EV chargers.
• Update charger firmware/software when required.
• Inspect electrical connections, charging cables and related components.
• Identify faults and carry out basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards.
• Maintain service logs and prepare maintenance reports.
• Liaise with site owners, facility managers and internal teams.
• Oversee and endorse works requiring LEW certification where applicable.

• Position: EV Charger Maintenance Engineer – LEW Grade 7

• Location: Alexandra

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM / 8.30AM to 5.30PM / 9AM to 6PM / 9.30AM to 6.30PM / 10AM to 7PM

• Salary: Basic up to $6,000 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus (Up to 3 Months)

• EV Charger Equipment Specialist certification is advantageous.

• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

• Able to travel between multiple sites independently.
