VISEO ASIA seeks a senior EUC/VDI architect to own the Windows 10→11 migration and re-architect the virtual desktop estate for scale, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will lead migration strategy, packaging, and deployment pipelines across Citrix/VMware Horizon/AVD/Windows 365, with PowerShell automation and Intune/SCCM expertise, while aligning imaging, FSLogix, and DR planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• 6-7+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience in Banking industry
• Proven track record designing/architecting an EUC or VDI environment — not just administering one
• Deep hands-on with at least one major VDI platform (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD, or Windows 365)
• Hands-on scripting/automation — PowerShell mandatory; experience with Intune/SCCM/Autopilot deployment engineering
• Experience leading a Windows 10→11 migration at enterprise scale (not just "did some upgrades")
• Strong grasp of imaging, application packaging (MSIX/App‑V), and profile management (FSLogix)
• Azure infrastructure experience (networking, storage, identity — Entra ID)
• Relevant certs: Citrix CCE‑V, VMware Horizon, Microsoft MD-102/AZ-140

Responsabilités

• Design and execute the end-to-end Win10→Win11 migration strategy (compatibility assessment, application packaging/remediation, pilot rings, rollback plan)
• Build and validate Autopilot/MDT/SCCM (or Intune) deployment pipelines for image builds and OS upgrades at scale
• Identify and resolve hardware/driver/application compatibility blockers (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, legacy app dependencies)
• Define and enforce security baseline (CIS/DISA STIG or client policy) as part of the build
• Own the technical architecture of the virtual desktop environment (Citrix / VMware Horizon / Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows 365 — specify which stack)
• Re-design current VDI environment for performance, scalability, and cost optimization (image management, golden image lifecycle, profile management/FSLogix, storage/compute sizing)
• Design non-persistent vs. persistent desktop strategy aligned to user personas
• Lead capacity planning and DR/resilience design for the VDI platform
• Produce architecture documentation, HLD/LLD, and present design decisions to stakeholders
