Viseo Asia Pte. Ltd. seeks a Transformation Lead to own end-to-end migration of its EUC estate from on-prem Citrix VDI to Azure Virtual Desktop.

The multi-year programme covers landing zone design, image/app modernization, data migration, and a new run-model with governance and risk controls. The candidate should bring 10+ years in EUC/infrastructure, deep Citrix and Azure expertise, and proven leadership of distributed teams in regulated financial services, with strong architecture, delivery

Formación

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
10+ years in EUC/workplace infra.
At least 3 years leading large-scale VDI transformations.
Deep Citrix experience (CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler, FSLogix/UPM).
Strong Azure expertise: AV Desktop, networking, Entra ID, Conditional Access.
Windows 10/11 multi-session and image lifecycle automation.
IaC and automation: PowerShell, Terraform or Bicep, CI/CD.
Delivery in regulated financial services with audit controls and data residency.
Experience leading distributed teams and managing vendors/SIs.
Able to present to CIO-level stakeholders and manage governance.
Certifications: AZ-140, AZ-305, MD-102; Citrix CCP-V/CCE-V.
Exposure to trading floor or market-data environments.
Experience with digital experience monitoring tools (ControlUp, Nexthink, Aternity).

Responsabilidades

Own the target-state EUC architecture on Azure (AVD host pools, session hosts, FSLogix profile management, image pipeline, networking, Entra ID).
Define the migration strategy: wave planning and decision points for lift-and-shift vs re-platform.
Produce and defend design artefacts—HLD/LLD, security/DR/BCP designs—through governance forums.
Lead the migration factory: discovery, packaging (MSIX App Attach/App Layering), pilot, UAT, waves, and hypercare.
Manage a mixed team of Azure engineers, Citrix/VMware specialists, packaging engineers, and service desk staff across locations and time zones.
Own the migration plan and reporting to steering committee.
Drive cost management: right-sizing, autoscaling, reserved instances, FinOps reporting.
Ensure target design meets regulatory controls (data residency, privileged access, DLP, audits).
Collaborate with CISO, internal audit, and regulators for approvals.
Define operating model, run processes, and monitoring/observability for the AV Desktop estate.
Establish digital experience monitoring and remediation of latency and performance issues for trading/market-data users.
