Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking an EUC Engineer to deliver and optimize end-user computing services across the organisation. You will drive AI-augmented automation, manage EUC projects, and ensure secure, efficient IT operations for all end users.

You will administer Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365, and build automated workflows for provisioning, patching, software distribution, and compliance. Strong English communication and vendor-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on EUC Engineer or IT Infrastructure experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• Proven experience in end-user device management, automated workflow development, and compliance.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills for collaboration.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and delivering IT projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver EUC projects in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, on time and within budget.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Administer, maintain, and optimise Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Design and implement automated workflows covering user provisioning, patch management, software distribution, and compliance monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve complex EUC issues using AI-powered diagnostic tools; apply predictive analytics to prevent outages.
• Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation, user guides, and training materials; leverage AI-based knowledge management tools.
