Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required
• At least 3 years hands-on EUC/IT Infrastructure experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues
• Familiarity with Networking, VDI, AWS Cloud, and Information Security
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Entra, O365 and Intune
• Industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, AWS, ITIL) desirable; AI/ML or automation certs preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead EUC projects with internal teams and vendors to meet scope, budget and schedule
• Integrate AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks
• Administer Microsoft technologies (Entra, O365, Intune) and optimize performance and security
• Manage end-user devices with automated workflows for provisioning, patching, software distribution, and compliance
• Create and maintain technical documentation using AI-based tools
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless IT service delivery
• Stay updated on AI, automation, and EUC innovations to drive value
