Job summary

Lion Global Investors Limited seeks a capable business development professional to support ETF growth across the region. You will liaise with dealers, market makers, and institutions to plan, launch and expand ETF initiatives, while engaging partners for market expansion.

The role requires 3–7 years in finance/accounting/economics and an asset management background. Strong analytics, collaboration, and Mandarin/English communication are preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A degree holder with 3–7 years of experience preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Statistics/Computing.
• Asset Management Sales/Product background (ETF will be a plus).
• Outstanding analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese-language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage key business development initiatives by liaising with stakeholders to develop, launch and grow ETFs.
• Support planning and launch of new ETFs for identified markets and clients.
• Deepen reach among ETF partners including dealers, market makers, and institutions.
• Engage prospective and existing partners to identify business opportunities and market share.
• Coordinate campaigns, events, and external propositions with internal teams.
