AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior process engineer to develop and optimize advanced silicon wafer etch processes. You will drive yield, quality, and productivity improvements across fabrication lines.

The role requires 5-8 years in semiconductor wafer fabrication with dry etch expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Mentoring engineers and ensuring safety and compliance are key responsibilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.

Job Description:

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience, with expertise in dry etch process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience in mentoring engineers and continuous process improvement preferred.
